Environmental advisors in SAR provide internal and external support on hazardous waste through training, courses and consulting. Externally, they work on specific assignments both offshore and onshore, such as consulting on environmental mapping and preparing waste management plans.
Melisa holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Chemistry from the University of Stavanger. She has experience in laboratory work within organic synthesis, analytical chemistry, and performance testing of production chemicals in the oil service industry. Additionally, she has managed quality and food safety processes in fish feed research and worked on fermentation research projects.
Trine Nisja holds a Master of Science in Chemical Process Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.She is also a certified science teacher and has experience teaching at the upper secondary school level.
Carina Robberstad has a Master of Science in Environmental Chemistry and Biotechnology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Carina has previously worked as a laboratory engineer for an oil service company with optimizing drilling- and completion fluids. Additionally, she has worked as a high school science teacher.
Hanne Hillestad Wold has a Master’s degree in Chemistry. Hanne has previously worked for the Stavanger University Hospital as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist (BLS). Furthermore, she has worked for an oil service company with testing and development of production chemicals.
